As you've no doubt noticed the website is about 90% back now. You should be able to submit, read, and review stories. I still need to fix the Express Owls but those are coming soon.

The one important thing that was fixed today is the lost password feature.

I've had a number of people email about this--if you've tried it in the past just try it one more time and it will work now.
